Just what does Pure Illusion have in store for us today?
Our duo newest adventure has landed them upon a desert world. However, their entrance was a bit of a mishap. They came crashing in, and were separated mid-flight. Lost among the desert sands, Papika searches for her one and only partner. Unfortunately the much awaited reunion would not be a happy one. Cocona has returned donning a mask that sets her emotions into overdrive. Her recent feelings towards Papika were not on the kind side. As such our heroines were quick to come to blows. Still, Papika’s love for Cocona will never waver. After a sudden headbutt the mask is broken, thus freeing Cocona.
The fight between friends may be over, but the boss is now ready to reveal herself. Playing both Papika and Cocona was a simple game. Welwitschia’s end goal is the lovely crystal embedded inside Cocona. Playtime is also over for the girls. After a quick recharge our heroines are ready to transformer for the very first time. Using their new found power they take down Welwitschia, but did not vanquish her. This mistake almost ended them, yet the excepted came in to save the day. Coming in out of no where, Yayaka and her crew take the spoils.
Let me just say this, this is without a doubt one of my favorite episode of anime. I’ve viewed this particular episode more than a dozen times now, and it never fails to impress me. Honestly, this episode is a shining example of the magic anime. Everything one could possibly want right within one episode. Anyhow, let’s get this adventure underway. Enjoy the transformation!
